A flock of chickens bursts out from behind the warehouse door, screeching and clipping her around the ears with wings like childrens' fists.
The warning blue of a contractor's light hits her through the feathers and she dives out of the way - over a hen apparently satisfied with escaping the warehouse and stopping outside of it - and tumbles to one knee. Her gun is up and ready, her hand on the taser at her waist.
Nothing comes out of the warehouse. She eases upright, edging over to the door. "Contractor presence confirmed," she says, a murmur into the radio pinned to her coat cuff.
And she whips into the warehouse and levels her gun at the skull of the man inside.
